Comfortable rooms with air conditioning that make it easy to catch some Z's 😴. The location is fantastic, so close to all the popular tourist spots, and it's surprisingly peaceful here. The beds are spotless, adding to the overall cleanliness of this spot.

Close to metro and access through to all major central Paris tourist attractions. 3 day metro Pass was excellent for us. Breakfast was really nice we love the fresh french patisserie'S.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station in a lovely area, which is a great advantage.

The location was good, the tube to the Louvre was right out side our door, there was every kind of food/restaurant you wanted within walking distance, including McDonald's (good, inexpensive lattes) and the "High End" Mall Printups was a 1/4 mile walking distance. The front desk staff was real helpful, the room cleaners were prompt and did a great job. We felt we got what we paid.

Though the room was remodeled, the maintenance of the room was poor. The ac knob was missing but the owners of the hotel didn't seem to care, it never got fixed. The paint was sloppy and the installation around the windows didn't exist, we heard a lot of road noise into the late hours. The hotel is located near a busy intersection. The triple room was real small, we asked to move and they accommodated us.

We had a really really nice stay, the hotel was perfect, clean, with amazing location to the major Parisian tourist attractions. The breakfast was varied and particularly good, they served slices of fresh bread, eggs, and cheese in the restaurant.

We stayed at Opera Cadet for a week and found it to be a great choice. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check our bags early and providing adapters for our electronics. The room was small but comfortable, with soundproofing and an extra door for added privacy. The location was fantastic, close to the Cadet metro stop and within walking distance of the main train station. The fast Wi-Fi and delicious breakfast were definite highlights. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Cozy Atmosphere. This place is centrally located and just a short stroll away from a cool spot called Passage Jouffroy. The breakfast here is awesome - it had a wide variety of options and catered so well to my celiac diet 🥐. The staff were super friendly and made my stay here really enjoyable! I spent 4 nights here and it was definitely a wonderful experience.

Goed locatie in 7e arr. vlakbij metrostation Cadet. Goede uitvalsbasis. Keurig hotel, met royale en schone kamer, goed ontbijt. Kamer was aan achterzijde, zeer stil dus prima geslapen. Goede prijs/kwaliteit.
